These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between you and Vast Rank, doing business as Admired Media ("Admired Media," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of PlanTrust, an Admired Media product, including plantrust.com and the PlanTrust connector for ChatGPT (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Beta Access; Connector
Certain functionality, including the PlanTrust 5500 Connector, may be provided as a beta or pre‑release. Such features are provided "as is" for evaluation, may change or be discontinued at any time, and may be subject to additional eligibility or usage limits.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
- Do not attempt to access data or systems without authorization, interfere with the Services, or use the Services to develop a competing product.
- Respect the Connector’s limits: public Form 5500 filing data is read-only. Authorized prospect, note, and task actions write only to your PlanTrust workspace.
4. Third‑Party Services
The Services may interoperate with third‑party services (e.g., OpenAI/ChatGPT). We are not responsible for third‑party services and do not control their terms or privacy practices. Your use of third‑party services is governed by their separate terms and policies.
5. Intellectual Property
PlanTrust and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services and related materials. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no license or transfer of intellectual property rights is provided. You may provide feedback; we may use feedback without restriction.
6. Results and Content
The Services surface information derived from public Form 5500 filings and may include computed metrics or summaries. You are responsible for independently verifying results for your use case. The Services do not constitute legal or financial advice.

Please review our Privacy Notice, which describes how we collect and use personal information in connection with the Services.
8. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON‑INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLANTRUST AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR, IF YOU PAID FEES, THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
10. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless PlanTrust and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The exclusive venue for disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
