This notice explains how Vast Rank, doing business as Admired Media ("Admired Media," "we," "us," or "our"), handles personal information through PlanTrust. PlanTrust is an Admired Media product. This notice covers plantrust.com and the PlanTrust connector for ChatGPT (the "Connector").
Scope
This Privacy Notice applies to personal information we collect when you visit our website, sign up for the beta, interact with emails, or use the Connector with ChatGPT. It does not cover the practices of third parties we don’t control.
What We Collect
- Contact details: name, work email, company, and role (e.g., captured on signup forms).
- Product inputs: the 5500-related questions or forms you submit. When you use the Connector in ChatGPT, your query text is sent to our API to fetch public Form 5500 data and return results.
- Technical data: UTM parameters, cookies/analytics, device and log data (e.g., IP address, browser type, timestamps), and limited session or local storage identifiers for product functionality and analytics.
- Service metadata: IDs and references needed to locate and cite public filings (e.g., filing IDs returned with results) and basic usage metrics.
Sources of Information
- Directly from you: when you fill out forms or use the Connector.
- Automatically: via cookies, similar technologies, and logs on our site and services.
- Service providers: analytics, hosting, email delivery, and customer support tools.
How We Use Data
- Deliver requested snapshots and Connector results.
- Send setup instructions, operational notices, and product updates.
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- Secure, operate, and improve our services and user experience.
- Measure marketing performance and attribution.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not use your data to train models without your consent.
